![]() I identified new content for Pinna to acquire, negotiated rates, and worked through contracting with those partners.īefore leaving Panoply/Megaphone in April 2019, I took on the role of overseeing Panoply's branded content production, which included branded podcasts and creative ads that traffic through the Megaphone Targeted Marketplace. I did everything from managing budgets and keeping up with each show's production schedule, along with creating the content strategy and programming calendar. Unlike judges appointed to federal courts, many state judges run in elections to either get voted onto the court or keep their seat on the bench after theyve. I made sure the editorial team and the sales and marketing teams were in lock step when launching new content.įor about six months, I ran Pinna, the children's podcast service Panoply launched. ![]() A large part of my role relied on cross-functional team communication and collaboration. I worked very closely with our team of producers to manage show budgets, new show launches, and contract freelancers. I oversaw all of Panoply's owned and operated shows, including Malcolm Gladwell's Revisionist History and Karina Longworth's You Must Remember This. What started as primarily an operations and oversight role morphed into a do-it-all, all-the-time role. I worked at Megaphone (formerly Panoply Media) from 2017 to 2019.
